Tasting Music..
We taste food the same way that we listen to music...with ecstacy,
tasting each peel of sound,
seperating layers of rythm,
savouring melting melody,
in unexpected sweet refrain
held at the back of your throat
the deepest base
touches the tip of your tongue
so sourness sings
its sharp twists
to curdle drums.
in the wet mumbai street a woman and man argue
about who should have rung who.huh!
on rainy day i am told everything tastes like music!!!
