I,ME,MYSELF

A system in any society is that behaviour which is agreed upon, either explicitly or implicitly, by majority of the individuals. A system when accepted becomes a norm and people who do not accept this norm are ostracized.

Ostracized, in the literal sense of the term, for instance in smaller places, like villages, where the majority is all powerful and hence minority has little or no chance to disagree with the norm.

Ostracized,in a more symbolic fashion. How many times have people raised an eyebrow to how you think, feel or react to a certain situation? The issues could range from being UN-Married, keeping a career in abeyance and could extend to finer details of what you wear and eat. Sometimes it can get into intruding your private space of relationships as well!!!

We live on two levels in a life, physical and spiritual. A well knitted system deters us from entering the spiritual space by keeping us entangled in the mundane, un-important details.

Energy, which decides the quality of our state of mind and life that we ultimately need, has it source in the spiritual mind as opposed to the physical world. But since we are mortal beings, we need a physical environment to exist and experience.

The lesser the gap between the spiritual and physical, the steeper the curve for spiritual growth.

The existence of a system is inevitable but the degree with which it affects one are decided by the depth of connection that one has with the spiritual world.

The basis of the spiritual world is the energy that each one of us has within us in abundance. How we approach, harness and train that energy differs with our interests, inclination which is further directed in the manner in which we are brought up.

Therefore, while we need a physical world around us, it’s the spiritual world that forms our identity and state of well being. A state of well being is the state of happiness and the peacefulness of the mind!!!
